My Junior Year...

I have made it to my Junior year!  Yep, I am starting year three of my expat life.  Much like school, my freshman year was spent "learning the ropes" finding my way.  Sophomore year was spent in a bit more comfort than year one.  I walked the "halls" with a little more confidence, my chest puffed up a bit more than the year before, but there was still a bit to learn.  Now I am in year three and like my high school years, I am curious to know what, if anything is next?  When does this wonderful adventure end...or does it?  For my Junior year, I will try to help guide the freshman as they enter the "School of Expat", give them a bit of help, not "hazing" like I received in High School.  I will try to enjoy my days at the "School of Expat",  and try my hardest to not look too far into the future, for don't they say that "these are the best years of your life"?

    1. I already have that itch and I am a bit worried that if I keep this up I will be raising a family of wanderers!! I guess in reality, that's not a bad thing???

  2. I am entering year two (Sophmore I guess) and it certainly feels better than year one did. I can't complain though ~ it is a wonderful experience. Enjoy your Junior year ~ I look forward to reading about it! xx

    1. Gina, just wait...it is so much easier. Then by year 3 you will be ready for your next adventure. I suspect that it might be hard to jump off this hamster wheel we call expat life!!
