  1. The most surprising thing for me was when my 4th grader came home and told me she needed to take a sharp knife to school the next day. They were carving pumpkins, of course! And, they all had to do the carving themselves. We are definitely NOT in Kansas any more!

  5. Yes, ALL of the bread, beer and sausage make it quite hard to eat healthy. Oh and the fries with Mayo probably aren't to healthy either.

  6. Donaudampfschiffahrtselektrizitätenhauptbetriebswerkbauunterbeamtengesellschaft, according to the might Wikipedia and confirmed by German boyfriend is the association for subordinate officials of the head office management of the Danube steamboat electrical services. I think I'm just going to go ahead and try to avoid using that word. It might be hard to do, but I will try. :)
