Keukenhof Gardens is located 30 minutes from Amsterdam and is open from March 21, 2013-May 20, 2013. You will be blown away by 7 million blooming flowers. Make sure to check out the activities, as there are many fun parades, exhibits and children's events at Keukenhof!
And make sure to check BEFORE going there! When I went it was one week after they had cut down all the tulips in the fields. However, the rest of the gardens were lovely :)
ReplyDeleteOh Vicki that had to be so sad!! The website http://www.keukenhof.nl/en/ has the days that they are open and that the flowers are blooming. Sorry that you couldn't see it in it's glory!
